40th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference Has Concluded

Registration

The 2025 CSUN AT Conference will be held at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, California from March 10 to 14, 2025. Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on Monday, March 10. The Keynote Address Program will kick off the Conference week on the morning of Tuesday, March 11, and Conference sessions will be from March 11 to 14.

Registration Dates

Registration is completed online prior to the Conference. There is no On-Site Registration. Be sure to register before Registration closes.

Attendee and Exhibitor Registration:

  • Opened: Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
  • Concluded: Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM PT.

Expo Visitor Pass Registration

If you only want to attend the Exhibit Hall, Expo Visitor Pass Registration opened on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Please visit the Exhibit Hall page for information and the registration link.

Attendee Registration Rate

  • Attendee Rate (January 7 to January 28): $565
  • Late Attendee Rate (January 29 to March 4 at 3:00 PM PT): $610

Please note the following:

  • Credit card is the only accepted form of payment
  • There is no One-Day Attendee Registration
  • Registration ends on March 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM PT
  • There is no On-Site Registration

Discounts

The deadline for Attendees to request a discount concluded on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM PT. Discount requests are now closed and no longer available for the 2025 CSUN ATC.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-Conference Workshops can be added during the registration process for an additional fee per Workshop. Discounts do not apply to Pre-Conference Workshops. For Workshop descriptions, visit the Pre-Conference Workshop page.

Registrations for Pre-Conference Workshops will close when the workshop has reached capacity or the Conference registration has concluded. There is no On-Site Registration; therefore, you must register online no later than 3:00 PM PT on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

Pre-Conference Workshop Rates

  • Full-Day Workshop Rate (January 7 to January 28): $340
  • Full-Day Workshop Late Rate (January 29 to March 4 at 3:00 PM PT): $390
  • Half-Day Workshop Rate (January 7 to January 28): $250
  • Half-Day Workshop Late Rate (January 29 to March 4 at 3:00 PM PT): $300

Adding Pre-Conference Workshops After Registration

If you have already registered and would like to add a Pre-Conference Workshop, please contact conference@csun.edu with the Pre-Conference Workshop you'd like to add to your registration. Fees for the Pre-Conference Workshops will be added to the credit card on file.

Box Lunches

Box Lunches are available for purchase during the registration process. The deadline to order Box Lunches is 3:00 PM PT on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Discounts do not apply to Box Lunch purchases.

If you have already registered and would like to add Box Lunches to your registration, please contact conference@csun.edu with the lunch selections you’d like to add. Fees for the Box Lunches will be added to the credit card on file.

There will be no refunds for Box Lunches once purchased. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Registration Cancellation and Changes

Attendee registration cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by 3:00 PM PT on Thursday, February 13, 2025. A $125.00 administrative processing fee will be assessed per cancellation. There will be no refunds after Thursday, February 13, 2025. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Changes unrelated to initial registration and cancellation may be subject to the $125.00 administrative processing fee. To mitigate the fee, please make sure the persons being registered, the type of registration (presenter, attendee, exhibitor) and the payment method used are correct.

NOTE: In all instances, including group registrations, fees for cancellation and/or administrative processing will be assessed per registration.
