Conference Information and Registration Details
When will the Conference take place?
March 9 to March 13, 2026 at the Anaheim Marriott in California.
What are the registration rates and dates?
Attendee Registration is from January 6 to March 3, 2026 at 3:00 PM PT. The standard attendee (January 6 to January 27) fee is $580 and the late attendee (January 28 to March 3) fee is $625.
What language are Conference sessions and materials provided in?
The official language of the Conference is English, and all sessions, materials, and accessibility services, including American Sign Language interpretation and CART, are provided in English.
Will Continuing Education Units (CEUs) be offered for attending the Conference?
Continuing Education Units will not be available for the 2026 CSUN AT Conference.
How can I register to attend the Conference?
Attendee Registration concluded on March 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM PT.
How do I add a Pre-Conference Workshop to my registration?
You may add Pre-Conference Workshops to your Conference registration during the registration process for an additional fee. If you have already registered and want to add a Pre-Conference Workshop after the fact, contact us via email at conference@csun.edu or by phone at 818-677-2578.
What happens if I need my Conference badge reprinted or replaced?
Any on-site badge reprint to alter or change a name is subject to a $25 reprint fee. If you need your name corrected prior to the Conference, please contact conference@csun.edu in advance.
Lost or forgotten Conference badges will be replaced at the Late Attendee Conference registration fee. Make sure you keep your badge in a safe and secure place.
Can I register to attend just one day of the Conference?
There is no one-day Conference registration option.
Can I attend the Conference virtually?
No, there is no virtual attendance option for this conference.
Can I register onsite?
No, there is no on-site registration at the Conference. Registration concludes on March 3, 2026 at 3:00 PM PT.
Is there a Conference app?
Yes! All registered Conference participants will receive access to the CSUN AT Conference Attendee Hub which can be accessed online or via app. In the Attendee Hub registered participants can access comprehensive session details including schedule, location and presenter information. Attendee Hub will also provide a platform for Conference participants to connect with one another. Access instructions will be emailed directly to registered Conference Attendees during the Attendee Registration period.
Is there a way for me to organize my own schedule?
Yes, the CSUN AT Conference Attendee Hub will provide participants the ability to create their own daily schedules for Conference Week. The CSUN AT Conference Attendee Hub will also provide real-time updates to the schedule if any changes occur.
Are there any discounts available for registration?
The deadline for Attendees to request a discount concluded on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM PT. Discount requests are now closed and no longer available for the 2026 CSUN ATC.
Are scholarships available for Conference attendees?
Yes, scholarships are available for first-time attendees only. A scholarship application must be submitted no later than Tuesday, December 2.
The scholarship only waives the general Conference registration fee, and recipients are responsible for their own expenses (rooms, meals, transportation, personal care attendants, etc.).
Awards have been made. Please check again for 2027.
What accommodation services are available for request?
Accommodation Services are only provided upon request. ALD, ASL, and CART Services are requested during the registration process and must be requested by February 26, 2026, to guarantee availability. All requests after this date are subject to availability.
Can I bring my personal care assistant?
Conference attendees who need assistance may register a Personal Care Attendant during registration. Personal Care Attendants are not personal assistants. Anyone accompanying an attendee for business-related purposes must separately register to attend the Conference.
I am from outside the United States. Can I obtain a letter of invitation to attend the Conference?
The CSUN AT Conference does not provide Conference Attendees with letters of invitation.
What is the cancellation policy for attendees?
Cancellation requests for registration and/or PCWs must be made in writing and received by February 12, 2026. A $125.00 processing fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds after February 12, 2026. All no-shows will be charged the full amount. Please note: An administrative fee will be assessed for each registration canceled in a group registration. The Presenter cancellation deadline has passed as of December 2, 2025. Presenter registrations are no longer eligible for refund.
Is personal contact information shared publicly?
No. Personal information and personal contact information are not shared publicly. If you would like to share your information with other Presenters or Conference Attendees, do so at your own discretion.
What are the COVID-19 health requirements for attending the Conference?
As of October 1, 2025, there are no vaccination, testing, indoor masking, or social distancing requirements to attend the 2026 Conference.

Is there a Conference rate for the hotel room reservation?
THE 2026 ROOM BLOCK IS NOW CLOSED.
The 2026 Conference Room Rate is $231 per night. All reservations require a first-night non-refundable deposit. An Early Departure Fee will apply if an attendee checks out before their scheduled departure date. Please visit the Venue page for complete reservation and venue information.
Is parking included with my hotel reservation or Conference registration?
No, parking is not included. The hotel offers a 10 percent discount on self-parking rates for conference participants. Details on the Parking Rates are available on the Venue page.
Are there any shuttle services from the airport to the Conference hotel?
Travelers can coordinate their own transportation. A list of local services is available on the Venue Page.
I received an email offering hotel reservations for the Conference. Is it legitimate?
No. The CSUN Assistive Technology Conference does not partner with any third-party companies or services to manage hotel accommodations. The only official room block is at the Anaheim Marriott and can only be booked through the reservation link or telephone number provided on our Venue page.
Any emails or solicitations you receive from other sources are not affiliated with us and have not been vetted by CSUN Assistive Technology Conference. We strongly advise against responding to these communications or providing personal or payment information. Reservations made through these unofficial sources are not guaranteed, and liability rests solely with the person making the booking.
Are the meals included?
Meals are not included with a Conference registration. Conference participants do have the option to pre-purchase box lunches while completing their Conference registration. Other dining options at the hotel or in the local area are available on the Venue page.
Exhibit Hall
Is there a fee to visit the Exhibit Hall, and how do I register?
The Exhibit Hall is open and free to the public. An Expo Visitor Pass is required to enter the Free Exhibit Hall for those not attending the Conference. Expo Visitor Pass registration will open on January 6, 2026 and will be available onsite Wednesday through Friday during the Conference week (March 11 to March 13). One pass is good for all three days the Exhibit Hall is open.
Presenter FAQ
When was the Presenter registration period?
Presenter Registration took place October 28 through December 2, 2025 at 3:00 PM PT. Each Presenter on accepted sessions received notice of acceptance, instructions for registration, and reminders during this period. Sessions with no registered presenters were canceled.
What is the cancellation policy for Presenters?
The cancellation deadline for Presenters was December 2, 2025, with all cancellation requests required to be submitted in writing by 3:00 PM PT on that date. Presenters who cancelled after the deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Will you need my presentation slides?
For the benefit of attendees, presentations will be made available. Sharing presentation slides is voluntary and not required to present. However, we strongly encourage participation in this effort to support the requests from attendees. Presenters will be able to share their presentation slides. Details on how and where to upload slides will be sent to Presenters prior to the Conference.
