Join us for the 41st Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference and take advantage of opportunities throughout Conference week to socialize, connect, and spend time together.
Monday, March 9
Kick Off Happy Hour
We welcome participants to begin the Conference week at the Kick Off Happy Hour. This event is open to registered participants with a 2026 Conference Badge. Please note that Conference check-in closes at 5:30 PM on Monday, March 9.
Light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.

Tuesday, March 10
Kaffeeklatsch with the Keynote
Join us for a relaxed, hour-long Kaffeeklatsch with the Keynote. This informal social hour offers attendees a unique opportunity to engage directly with Keynote Speaker Haley Moss and connect with fellow conference participants in a welcoming, conversational setting. Continue the dialogue sparked by the keynote, share ideas, ask questions, and build community, all while enjoying freshly served coffee. All are welcome to drop in, connect, and be part of the conversation.

Welcome Party
Celebrate the start of the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference with an evening of music, art, and community. The Welcome Party brings everyone together to enjoy creative expression in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
The evening features DJ B Diamond, a DJ with Down Syndrome, bringing high-energy music to the dance floor.
Guests can also explore an art exhibition presented by the City of Los Angeles, Department on Disability, highlighting work by disabled artists and offering space to engage with both the artwork and the artists.
Food and beverages will be available throughout the evening, along with opportunities to reconnect with colleagues, meet new people, and spend time with the CSUN Conference community.

Thursday, March 12
Karaoke
Karaoke returns for an energetic evening centered on music, performance, and shared fun.
Light refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
